NEW MODEL NEWS We here at Island Collectibles are now preparing to put the 1/24 Ferrari 330P3 coupe Monza 1966 car #14 into production.
Our 1/24 Ferrari 330P3 Spyder car #27 from Sebring 1966 is temporarily discontinued as we get our 330P3 Coupe started in production. Will also be doing a limited amount of Factory Built versions. Factory builts are $800.00. We are also offering Factory Built models of the GT40 Gulf #11 Daytona 1967. These are made from out of our MKI transkit. We only have a handful of the transkits left in stock to make a few built versions. Once the kits are gone, the handbuilts will no longer be available. Price is $775
Model Factory Hiro has announced a 1/24 Ferrari 250P, 275P and 330P high detail model kits. Many other new releases include the 1/24 Alfa Romeo TZ1 and TZ2 kits with full engine and suspension detail. The 1/24 Ferrari 312PB kits. The LeMans 1973 Longtail with full engine and suspension detail and 2 kits with multiple versions of the cars from the 1972 series, Watkins Glen, Monza, Spa and more. Also the 1/24 scale Alfa Romeo 33/2 series of cars.
M&S Hobbies has just released a new full curbside resin/multimedia kit in 24th scale of the Toyota Eagle MKIII Winner 24hr Daytona 1993. This is a very nicely detailed model and done extremely well. The kits are in stock and priced at $120.00.
Aardvark Models. We just received some very interesting resin 1958 Firebird III experimental cars. Its a full curbside model. Also we still have some Porsche 935 transkits
VRM has several new sets of decals now available. These are Cartograf printed and extremely well researched. These are the absolute best decals available anywhere. They include GT40 MKI 1966 Sebring, Ferrari 250SWB, Cheetah coupe/roadster and Roundel/Sponsor/Tech stickers.
Studio 27 has just released the new Sauber Mercedes C291 from 1991. Another new announcement is the Corvette C6R LM2007 due out March/April. Also due for release are several very hot selling Formula 1 cars. Its advisable to preorder these as the production runs are small and have been selling out before the release dates. New 1/20 scale releases are: Honda RA107 Japan 2007, R26 Japan 2006, JS17 1981, JS17B 1982, FW08, Lotus 93T 1983, Ferrari 126C2B 1982. Please email for prices and availability.
HRM (Historic Racing Miniatures) has just released the 1/24 scale Ferrari 330P4 Engine/Suspension kit. They will be arriving in stock slowly. The kit is intended for the Fujimi 330P4 kit but this could be built and displayed by itself. There is a waiting list for these kits. It is very advisable that if you want this one please order early. There are many parts in the kit. The kit is exceptional, very accurate and very detailed. Since there are so many parts and HRM is a one man operation it takes a long time to produce and deliver products. The wait time could be a few months. The price for the kit is $60.00
Profil24 has just announced the release of the Porsche K8 Gulf LM1994. They should be in stock in a few weeks. Other new releases are the 1/24 Renault HP40 1926, 1/24 Alfa 308 GP ACT 1938, 1/24 Matra 650 LM69, 1/24 Mazda RX7 LM81 and Porsche 997 LM2007. Many new projects are planned for the future such as the 1/24 McLaren F1GTR in full detail. We will announce more as they become ready for production.
